Yes — there’s a diagnostic fee starting at $30, which varies based on your location. This helps cover time and travel while keeping service accessible and transparent. Your diagnostic fee is dynamically calculated based on your distance from Exeter, California.
At Sanchez Solutions, I service a wide range of electronics — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and even smaller TVs. I handle both hardware and software issues, from screen replacements and charging port repairs to data recovery, virus removal, and deep system diagnostics.
For common repairs like screen or battery replacements, most jobs can be completed within 30–90 minutes. More complex issues — such as motherboard soldering or data recovery — may require a 1-2 week turnaround. I always strive to be fast, but I never sacrifice quality.

Repairs can be done on-site at your location, or at my mobile workstation (depending on the type of repair). I serve homes, businesses, and senior care facilities throughout the Central Valley. For complex soldering or internal board work, I may recommend pickup and drop-off service.
Yes. Most standard repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty covering parts. For water-damaged or previously repaired devices there are no warranties, and a 50/50 repair agreement may apply — meaning results are not guaranteed, but I’ll always walk you through the risks before proceeding.
